MCB Locking Studs
MCB Locking Studs are designed to work with virtually any bridge or stopbar tailpiece. They are the perfect companion to the Stud Finder bridge and are compatible with most wraparound bridge systems.
Their unique two-piece design allows the bridge to lock securely to the studs, helping to improve action stability, eliminate bridge movement, and prevent unwanted metallic vibrations or "sitaring."
Unlike conventional locking studs, MCB Locking Studs preserve the appearance of traditional vintage hardware while providing a precise mechanical connection. The lower section is machined with a recessed cavity that receives the upper stud body, creating a secure lock between the two components.
Included adjustment tools make it easy to fine-tune both action and the locking mechanism.
