Fender Esquire featuring a maple neck and a one-piece swamp ash body.
The pickup is a circa-1952 flat-pole unit. The guitar has only had the body refinished in a correct translucent Blonde finish and does not include its original case. The neck finish remains original.
The tuners, control plate, potentiometers, pickguard, neck plate, electronics, bridge, and saddles are all original. The neck is dated 4/57 and the body is dated 5/57.
The guitar comes with a 1980s Kramer hardshell case in the traditional Fender style.
