Original 1957 Fender Tweed Deluxe, 5E3 circuit, 100% original and in excellent overall condition, with a level of originality that is extremely difficult to find today.

The amplifier retains its original transformers, original Jensen Alnico speaker with code 220721 (1957, week 21), and a GK tube chart, dating the amp to November 1957. It also retains its original capacitors—including the original Astron electrolytic capacitors—all of which remain in excellent condition and are functioning very well.

In addition, the amp still includes its original power cord and even the original "death cap," a feature rarely found on amplifiers of this era, as most have been modified over the years.

The chassis, wiring, internal components, tweed covering, grille cloth, and hardware are all fully consistent with a late-1950s Fender Tweed Deluxe. Finding an example with this level of originality and preservation is exceptionally difficult.

The amplifier was inspected and serviced by technician Salviani. For safety reasons, he installed a three-prong power cord and removed the original death cap. The original power cord, death cap, and original handle are all included with the amplifier, allowing a future owner to return it to period-correct specifications if desired.
